Your Roles and Requirements
Sales
· To achieve consistent growth and the annual sales target in Western India.
· To develop a sustainable long-term automotive based business in Western region India.
· To drive the development and implementation of the sales plans in alignment with the Growth strategy.
· Establish and implement short- and long-term goals, objectives, policies and operating procedures.
· Conduct a market assessment to identify and prioritize potential markets/customers.
· Actively support the coordination of new business development projects and other initiatives aiming to expand business with the designated accounts.
· Prepare sales reports and forecasts of business trends to achieve or exceed revenue.
· Develop strong customer relationship with key strategic accounts.
· To drive distributors to grow organization’s business and market share.
· Follow up all leads generated from website, networking sessions, trade fairs and other events or contracts.
· Communicating new product developments to prospective clients.
· Collate competition and build competitive landscape.
· Ensure that the account receivables are kept on or below the level defined by the payment terms in the commercial agreement.
Engineering work
· Participate in technical road shows to provide technical related sales to open up new market opportunities.
· To achieve incremental sales for design-in application.
· To resolve technical issues faced by customer when using products.
· To provide technical advice on application queries.
Pre-requisites:
· Engineering Degree holder, Mechanical/Mechatronics Discipline, preferably experience in Automotive/Electronics/EMS industry.
· Min 5 years of relevant experience in Sales preferably in fasteners for Automotive industries.
· Bilingual in English and local languages.
· Willing to travel extensively domestically and if needed, internationally at times.
