Your Roles and Requirements

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 15 years of experience in building and leading global shared services organizations, with a proven track record of delivering comprehensive IT solutions.

• A minimum of 7 years of experience working in manufacturing organizations.

• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide a diverse team towards achieving excellence.

• Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities, with a flair for engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.

• Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and the capacity to drive innovation in a fast-paced, global environment.

• In-depth knowledge in areas of application development, web, e-commerce, CRM, ERP, cloud, infrastructure, business intelligence, and AI technologies.

• Experience in managing large-scale IS projects, with a focus on delivering costeffective and efficient solutions.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams in a hybrid working environment, balancing onsite collaboration with remote flexibility.

• The foresight and capability to grow into a broader leadership role, potentially overseeing the entire spectrum of operations at the India site.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience working in manufacturing organizations.

• Proficiency in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, with a strong track record of applying these principles to drive process improvement and operational excellence.

• Experience with IT Service Management / ITIL methodology, Agile methodology, and Cybersecurity best practices.

• Strong Change Management skills, with experience leading organizations through significant transitions and transformations.
